Highly efficient, the DEFLEX flexible bike lane delineator, or DEFLEX bike path bollard, is designed to withstand repeated impacts without failing in its primary function of delimiting and marking bike lanes. Safer than a rigid delineator because it is flexible and clearly visible day and night, it improves the safety of more vulnerable road users. This bike path beacon is ideal for a multifunctional path. Usually spaced 15 m (50ʹ) apart on a straight line and 1.5 m (5ʹ) at curves and intersections. Lightweight and resilient, the DEFLEX bike path bollard is made of a mixture of polymers treated to cope with both the elements and the vehicles. Even after 200 medium-speed impacts, the DEFLEX flexible bike lane delineator will return to its original shape while retaining its basic mechanical properties.
